Gustav Adolf Stulz Straßburg, blau gepinselte Sevrés-Imitationsmarke 1889-1941, sechsteilig, bestehend aus vierpassig geschweiftem Sockel mit vier kleinen Rocaillefüßen, vier Plattformen für je zwei runde und ovale Schalen, diese flankiert von vier kleinen Podesten mit plastischer Amorette und mittigem Schaft für eine große bekrönende Ovalschale, prunkvoll verziert mit tlw. durchbrochen gearbeiteten Rocaillereliefs, plastischen Akanthusblättern, applizierten Weinranken und polychromer Aufglasurbemalung als "bleu celeste"-Fond, verschlungene Rosen- und Blättergirlanden, Blumenbuketts und Trophäenmotiven sowie Reliefgoldmalerei, Goldstaffage und Goldränder, selten, zwei Amoretten und eine ovale Schale alt restauriert, sonst guter altersgemäßer Zustand, D max. 55 cm, H gesamt 32 cm, L Schale max. 35 cm, G ca. 13,5 kg.
Large Sèvres-style centrepiece
Gustav Adolf Stulz, Strasbourg; blue-painted imitation Sèvres mark, 1889-1941, six-piece set, comprising a four-pass curved plinth with four small rocaille feet, four platforms each holding two round and two oval bowls, these flanked by four small pedestals featuring sculpted cherubs and a central shaft supporting a large crowning oval bowl, magnificently decorated with rocaille reliefs, some of which are openwork, sculpted acanthus leaves, applied vine tendrils and polychrome overglaze painting on a ‘bleu celeste’ background, intertwined garlands of roses and leaves, bouquets of flowers and trophy motifs, as well as relief gold painting, gold decoration and gold rims; rare; two cherubs and one oval bowl have been restored in the past; otherwise in good condition for its age; diameter max. 55 cm, total height 32 cm, bowl length max. 35 cm, weight approx. 13.5 kg.
