Group (5) of Dug Powder Flasks [19th Century]
Lot of five ornate 19th century powder flasks. Consignor relates that all five were dug in the Charleston, South Carolina area on private property with permission. One of the flasks is an 1839 Ames produced variation. Several of the flasks have panel scenes of wild game which includes hunting dogs, deer, and eagles. All vary in length and measure between 5”-9” in length.
