Condition Report:
In overall fine condition. Not examined out of frames. Two with significant toning, the third with moderate toning. The watercolor with young boy in center with several small holes due to embrittlement of paper. The watercolor with central urn with some staining along bottom edge. The third with small girl with in center with small holes similar to the first, and some bleaching above the woman's hat. The portrait with some evidence of heat exposure.
