Royal Doulton Character Jug, Guardsman D6772 (red tunic; black bearskin hat). Designed by Stanley J. Taylor. Series: The London Collection, issued 1987 - 1991. Size: 2.5"H (mini)Long a fixture in London, the guardsman is easily identified by his tall bearskin hat and scarlet uniform. Today he still stands outside Buckingham Palace to protect the Queen. Guardsman models exist with white (gloss) tunics.
