HENRI GAUDIER-BRZESKA
1891-1915
CATS

pen and ink on paper
23 by 30.5cm.; 9 by 12in.
Executed circa 1916.

Condition Report:
The sheet is attached to the mount with adhesive tabs to the corners. There is a tiny nick to the right edge, towards the lower corner. There is some extremely minor rounding to the lower right corner. There appears to be a partial fingerprint to the upper left corner. There is some very light creasing to the work, most notable to the upper left and lower right corners. There are a few tiny specks of surface matter and dots of light foxing to the work. There is staining to the sheet, most likely in line with the previous mount. The pen may have faded slightly over time. There is some very light surface dust to the work. This excepting, the work appears to be in very good overall condition.

The work is window mounted and presented in a wooden frame under glass.
