Bronze, 1921, with dark-brown and mottled maroon and green patina, signed and dated © / 1921 / HARRIET W. FRISHMUTH and with foundry mark GORHAM CO FOUNDERS / OBWS stamped on reverse sides of base, mounted to black slate plinth. Minor scratch near foundry mark, minor handling polish to protruding details of face, hand, and base, minor verdigris to the recesses.

Condition: With slightly uneven patina along torso of figure, likely a result of surface dirt; one small spot of black which appears to be on the surface (not pitting) and minor surface scuff on upper left thigh of figure
