Harry Jackson (American, 1924-2011) Bronze Sculpture 1979, 'Marshall III' H 10.5" W 3.3" L 11.5"

Signed on base "Harry Jackson '79". Base also impressed "MAIII 195/1000". On the original green marble base with original identification plate. MArble base 12" X 4" X 1.25". Jackson and John Wayne were personal friends and Jackson created the Marshall series to commemorate Wayne's role as Rooster Cogburn in the film "True Grit".
