Up for sale from a recent estate in Honolulu Hawaii, this 1997 Hawaii framed oil on canvas painting in impasto or pallet knife style that is titled "Hana Waterfall" depicting a waterfall on Maui's north-shore near the town of Hana that was created by the California artist Dharma Cohen. Dharma Cohen has been painting now for 20 years. She enjoys creating one of a kind oil paintings with ‘happy colors’. While living in Hawaii for 17 years, she studied with many great artists to learn to paint with the pallet knife. Her works include landscapes, flowers and angels. She loves to paint outside on location (weather permitting), but also enjoys interpreting the beauty of nature from a photograph. Her paintings are featured in collections around the world, including Japan, Australia, Hawaii and California. Her latest work is now featured in ‘The Gallery’ Mt. Shasta , in Mount Shasta California.
Condition: The painting and frame are overall in great pre-owned condition, it is signed lower right"
