Hellenistic Gold Pendant with Combat Scene

A gold cell mount with granulation to the sidewall, pierced for use as a bead; inset an earlier Old Babylonian (?) carnelian cabochon with intaglio combat scene between a robed male with a knife and a rearing lion.
