Henri Selmer Paris - Soloist - Long Shank - C * (.074")- Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece - France

[ translate ]

Selmer Paris Soloist tenor saxophone mouthpiece, original C* facing. This is the 1960s-ish incarnation with a long shank but still with the cursive slant logo and Soloist written on the table and the older-style facing. The piece has cosmetic wear and some discoloration from use and age. There is a nick in part of the tip rail, but it isn’t through the whole rail and the piece still seals and plays fine. The shank has no cracks. The bite area has some scratches but only an extremely light indentation. The piece plays exactly like you expect a Soloist to play, with a modestly dark tone and that classic Selmer focus and with a fairly resistant feel but not stuffy. It includes Rovner Mark III Model C-2R ligature and cap in like-new condition.
