Henry Matthews England Victorian sterling silver frame, 1894. Ornate pierced floral and foliate design to front of frame with blank monogram panel to the top. Mounted on a wood backing that is painted silver, glass within frame and hanging wire to back. Red fabric backing to glass. English silver hallmarks to front left bottom corner.
