Ø20.5mm, ring size 64, approx. 22.2g, 18K white gold, ring head approx. 28 x 23mm, solid and handmade flower ring, central a natural grey-blue star sapphire cabochon of approx. 48ct as well as abundant brilliant-cut diamonds of together approx. 1.2ct, upper quality range. A star sapphire is a sapphire with the rare optical effect, asterism. Thus, a fascinating star-shaped radiance appears on the surface of the gemstone. The size of 48ct for an untreated star sapphire is extremely rare and valuable. In our 150th auction we sold a comparable ring with a blue star sapphire of 42ct for 49,500€.
