Windmill blades operate iron rod mechanisms that alternately rock the jockeys & horses, within the fenced track with grass & shrubs, as they race toward the two story tower. Mounted on flat thin stock panel, the entire whirligig sits well on a “tabletop” surface. Colorfully painted, very minor use wear, no losses or repairs.
