Condition Report:
The canvas is lined, providing a secure and stable structural support. Some faint traces of craquelure, mostly to the dog, which are stable. The work appears in good overall condition.

Ultraviolet light reveals some retouching in the upper right corner, lower left corner, in the grass to the right of the dog's head and in the background of the upper left quadrant.

Held in a decorataive gilt plaster frame.
