Beautiful, very rare and collectable Antique Russian / Serbian Icon of Saint Athanasius and Saint Peter

Painted with oil on canvas, from the mid-late 19th Century.

Excellent piece which is. rare, as icons were not painted on canvas, but wood.

Not framed, ready to be, if needed.

The icon is in good condition considering the age. Since the item is from the 19th Century, it has the usual, normal wear due to the aging, such as paint chipping off , paint cracks on the surface, canvas wear at the sides. Please see all the detailed photos as it is exactly what you will receive!
