Incense burner in the form of an archaic ritual vessel “DING”, late Ming Dynasty to early Qing Dynasty, 17th century Jh.
Bronze, patinated in shades of brown. Bulbous vessel with a wide opening and rising C-handles, on three tall, cylindrical legs. The meander band at the mouth. The patterns on the handles, walls and legs are silver-coated. With the inscription “” on the underside.
