- Lacks leaves t2 and final blank; leaf a2 partly loosening; all leaves waterstained in lower and outer (mostly blank) margin; upper blank margin cut short (loss of later added ms. pagination); final ±30 leaves wormholed in outer and inner margin, with some loss of letters; leaf v4 lacks sm. portion upper blank margin; later ms. annots. in pen and ink on verso and recto of 1st and final leaf and a few scattered annots. in blank margins. Binding rubbed; paper over covers chafed.
