A dagger hilt carved in rock crystal with undulating gold filigree tracery to the grip, gold discoid cells with inset garnet cabochons, single central cell to the upper face with larger inset garnet cabochon, slot to the underside to accept the shoulders and tang of the blade. 230 grams, 10.7cm (4 1/4").
