Condition Report: Overall good appearance and vintage condition. Some light areas of rubbing/scuffing to black lacquer at top right and right center panel, possibly from where panel rested against itself when stored. One additional area of rubbing/scuffing in upper right corner of center left panel. Scattered light scuffs to black enamel visible in raking light. Light scuffs to feet. One small area of lacquer loss along upper edge of left panel, not visible when screen is viewed head on and not distracting. One small indent along upper left edge of same panel, measuring one inch long and with two small nailhead areas of lacquer loss, showing white underneath. On the reverse red side, several areas of lacquer loss, mostly along the panel edges, largest measuring 3/4 x 1/2 inch to center left edge of left panel. Rubbing and loss of lacquer along upper edge of right panel. Additional scattered scuffs and scratches. Four later added D-rings, one for each panel, installed for display.
