Obverse: A kite sits on a Japanese shield accompanied by the Imperial chrysanthemum crest, with rays emanating from behind; Reverse: Depicts both an army and a navy helmet surrounded by cherry blossoms, with the inscription below. Ribbon has red, orange, and pink stripes with two thin yellow lines.
