Comprising a good and interesting group of lacquer ware items including a hardwood box the lid with finely decorated gilt eagle and with artist signature, a miniature carved ebony hokkai decorated with inlaid elements on the lower band and on the fitted lid and resting on three feet, a gilt lacquered rice bowl, a red lacquered Buddha, a small gilt decorated lacquer box, a lacquer powder horn (?) in the form of a turtle shell, and an handle carved as a tapered bamboo stalk with finely decorated gilt plants and inlaid butterflies and other insects. Greatest measurement 11.5 inches (29 cm).
