Provenance: Private collection, New York
Condition Report: Later wood mounts. Some flaking, lifting, and minor losses to original canvas backing. One long chip to edge near one corner, 4" long x 1/4". A couple of other small chips, mostly hidden by wood mounts. Some flaking, lifting, and minor losses to original canvas backing. Oxidation and inconsistencies to the slivering consistent with aging and handling. Area of lifting to gold leaf in center of one panel.
