Condition: Condition is consistent with the piece being exhibited outdoors with overall wear to patina; also noted are surface scratches and dings with areas of white and yellow pigment transfer (see photos)

Dimensions listed include octagonal base which measures 2" x 19" (approximately) and also comes with tapered concrete base measuring 19-1/2" in height with diameter at bottom 21-3/4" and 19-1/2 " at top
