Japanese Platter 6-Character Mark, 19th Century

Large Japanese porcelain serving platter dating to the 19th century with a 6-character mark in two columns on underside.

Dimensions are: 20 1/4 inches (51.4 cm) long X 17 1/8 inches (43.5 cm) wide. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: Surface wear to face of platter, edge is uneven; hairline crack in lower long edge, about 1 1/2 inches long.
