Black glass and hand decorated enameled metal, accented with profuse Swarovski crystals, with green and white pearlescent cabochons. Oval Jay Strongwater medallion, Limited Edition number 39/350 and signed JAY STRONGWATER 2005 to underside. Good overall condition, normal wear.
