Retired professor of the Institut St-Luc (Liège) in photography and image analysis. His favorite technique since the 80-ies has been the bichromate gum print. The bichromate gum printing process was patented in 1855 by Alphonse Louis Poitevin. This process gives his images a singular, almost voluptuous sensuality. His photographs are regularly exhibited in Belgium and abroad. It is present in the major public and private photography collections: the Elysée Museum in Lausanne, the National Library of France, the Fondazione Arti Visive Franco Fontana in Modena, the Ken Damy Museum in Brescia, the Photography Museum in Charleroi, the European House of Photography, the rooms of the Ministry of the French Community of Belgium . . . Author of “Étreintes de Terre” published in 1996, “Silent Walk” in 2007 or more recently “Exudate” in 2016.
