A stunning antique jewellery box, made in France ca. 1900. A truly magnificent piece covered in green patent leather. The edges are embellished with a gilt whiplash decoration, and the top with a gilt and silver-plated bronze relief of a bouquet of violets. The elegant form and thoughtful details lend this piece exceptional quality. It has its original purple silk lining.
