John Maynor Original Highwayman Landscape Oil on Board Painting. John Maynor (1948-2016), originally born in Georgia he grew up in Fort Pierce FL, started out making frames before becoming a landscape painter. This piece depicts a sunset swamp landscape view with trees, water and a bird in darker colors. Painted on board it measures framed H 16 5/8" x W 20.75" and weighs 3.5lbs. It is signed by the painter in the bottom right, Highwaymen along with a Christian fish symbol as the "J" first initial. Please refer to all photos. Overall in very good condition.
