John Quincy Adams Document Signed
Partly-printed vellum DS as president, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page, 15.5 x 9.75, April 1, 1828. President Adams grants a parcel of land "at St. Louis, Missouri, containing one hundred and thirty six Acres." Signed at the conclusion by Adams and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left corner remains mostly intact. In fine condition, with light soiling.
