Included as well is a copy of the book in red wrappers, and a paper folder entitled Three Views of Henry Bech containing 3 signed prints of Roth's illustrations from the book; housed in a custom made clamshell box with gilt-lettered spine. One of 20 copies thusly bound, and one of 16 housed in a clamshell box. From a total edition of 110 copies.

Hardcover copy of the book signed by the author and the artist, at the frontispiece and with the "author's note," respectively. Very scarce.
Condition Report: Just a bit of rubbing to clamshell edges; contents fine.
