Condition: The painting appears to be in very good condition. The frame appears to be in good condition some flaking throughout the inner frame portion, miter spltis forming at all four corners, four small scattered chips ranging 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch in size along the bottom edge, a 1/4 inch chip at the upper left corner, and a 7/8 inch and a 1/4 inch chip at the lower right corner.
