Ulyanov', the cover of the of the inkwell with a facsimile signature: V. Ulyanov (Lenin), factory mark in green underglaze underside; height: 15 cm (5 7/8 in.)

CONDITION
The porcelain inkwell appears age-appropriate condition. Surface discoloration, visible along the front edge of the scroll. Inspection under UV light shows no apparent sign of restoration.
