The stepped, architectural form reflects an embrace of Modernism influenced by skyscrapers that were beginning to blanket the New York City skyline, complete with a handle and spout that resemble smokestacks.
Condition Report: Some light, minor losses to finish on sides and top of lid. Several light scratches to body, longest 2 1/2" and a few very minor/shallow dents to lid and body/spout (largest 3/4"). Small loss to original cork inside lid. Missing original black enamel on handle.
