Large Chinese Doucai Porcelain Presentation Vase
Large Chinese doucai porcelain presentation vase from the 20th century, hand-painted with scrolling flowers in underglaze blue and over-glaze enamels. The base with a later six-character Chien-lung mark. This piece presented to Dr. and Mrs. Woo by Hugh H. O'Young, Director, CCNAA, R. O. C (CCNAA - Coordination Council for North American Affairs) and includes his card which had been attached to the base of the vase. This piece also includes a wooden base. Dimensions are: vase - 17 inches tall X 11 3/4 inches diameter. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Free of chips, cracks and restoration.
