Large Collection US Stamps Featuring Presidents, Majority are from the Prexie Issue of 1938, 285 Stamps; it appears all but one of these stamps are canceled, the Lincoln 16 cent stamp does not show a cancelation mark, it does show some dark smudging, please examine the attached pictures closely. Twenty two (22) of the Taft 4 cent stamps and three (3) of the McKinley 7 cents stamps are perfin, each showing the initials "NEG". Five (5) stamps show pre-cancellations; one (1) Buchanan 15 cent shows Miami, one (1) Cleveland 12 cent shows St. Louis, and three (3) T. Roosevelt  5 cents stamps show New York. Where else for the former Police Commissioner? This lot includes three (3) cashets of F. Roosevelt 3 cent stamps issued after his death. Please examine the pictures closely.
