Large Mexican silver necklace by Rubi Ramirez,
Weight: 118.5 dwt or nearly 6 troy ounces.
The mark looks like Antoinio but the monogram inside is RR.It belongs to a Mexican silversmith named Rubi Rameriz that does nice heavy guage work but generally copies the designs of her teachers like Spratling and others and whose mark is similar to Antonio Pineda.
Rubi Ramirez(Silversmith) worked under William Spratling, Hector Aquilar, and Pedro Castillo. She is also a Family Physician and provides free healthcare to less fortunate people in Taxco, Mexico. (ebay.com)
