Late Victorian Diamond Sapphire 18 karat Yellow Platinum Gold Butterfly Brooch

Lovely butterfly pin created in the beginning of 1900s. It makes a chic and stylish accent on your blouse, dress, jacket or sweater. Elegant and wearable, the clip is a great addition to your jewelry collection.
The brooch is made of 18 karat (tested) yellow gold and platinum and set with diamonds and sapphires. The two larger diamonds are Old European cut approximately 0.55 and 0.60 carat, the other diamonds are rose cut with total weight approximately 0.50 carat. There are two round sapphires approximately 0.55-carat each and one oval approximately 0.50-carat.
The brooch measures 1-3/4 x 1-1/4 inches (5.2 x 3.4 centimeters) and weighs 12.0 grams.
