Limited Edition Forma Vitrum Stained Glass 1994
Stained glass limited hand-crafted Thompson's Drug Store. Back of piece is numbered #799. While the whole piece is in good condition, there is a dime sized crack on the back of the piece and the bottom base has a crack in the middle. Lighting feature is untested. Comes with an small metal lamp figure that is missing bulb. Comes with COA and original box. Piece is approx 12" x 8" x 7.8".
