Lots 60-107 form part of a large private collection of East Asian ceramics formed since the mid-1990s A Chinese stoneware Zhangzhou 'Path to the Island of the Immortals' dish, Ming dynasty, 16th/17th century, painted in turquoise and black enamels with the split pagoda motif to the central reserve, the outer border decorated with panels of island scenes alternating between iron-red enamel four-character seal marks, 38cm diameter c.f. A similar dish is exhibited at the British Museum in the Percival David Collection, acc. no. PDF A709.
品相報告 Condition Report: Some fritting and grazes to the rim. Wear to enamels throughout, with overall surface wear, including some deep scratches, all commensurate with age, kiln grit to the foot and base, with glaze flaws to the exterior.
