Condition Report:
There are stretcher bar marks and surface cracking throughout with a few corresponding chip losses to the paint layer, most noticeably in the dark gray buildings at upper left. There are frame abrasions along the extreme outer edges. Under UV: there are scattered fine lines of inpaint to address surface cracking in the body of the composition and scattered small spots and fine lines of inpaint in the upper margin.
