1930s Era Carved and Painted Silver Gilt Lidded Box by Rockport School Artist Max Kuehne, incised 'Max Kuehne' on one side near base, polychrome decorated with floral and grapevine motifs, peacocks on each end, lid interior with figural and central medallion decoration, 3 3/8: high, 12 7/8" x 4 3/4". Minor paint losses at edges, one base corner abrasion.
