The underside of the glass panels present with occasional losses and darkening to the surface concentrated to the corners and edges. The glass panels are all stable, some of which are slightly raised towards the outermost corners, not affecting stability. The central and clear glass component in very good condition. The gilt wood surfaces present with scattered scratches, occasional losses to the gilt surface as well as areas of rubbing and darkening consistent with age and gentle use. One corner presents with an area of sensitive restoration which is not visible unless closely inspected. An elegant piece ready to hang.
