Meissen Manufactory (German, founded 1710), marks used 1815-1924. Allegorical porcelain figure depicting three putti with the tools of astronomy, after the original modeled by Michel Victor Acier (German, 1736-1799), model 9, painted crossed swords and impressed numbers. Note: The originals were from an allegorical series created for the Empress Catherine II of Russia.

Condition: Telescope is lacking with losses to figures hands and scattered restorations including to wings, hands, and pen.
