MG - C Roadster NO RESERVE - 1968
Beautiful 1968 MG C. Rare and sought after roadster with the 2. 9L 6-cylinder engine. Recently restored. Original, magnificent colour British Racing Green. Very nice in combination with the cream-coloured interior and a canvas soft-top. The body of this MG is super straight with perfect seams and well-closing doors, bonnet and tailgate. Very nice and very sleek paintwork. The MG is entirely rust-free. Chrome parts renewed during the restoration and in magnificent condition. New chrome wire wheels mounted with new Goodyear tyres. A new, spare, wire wheel can be found in the trunk. The interior has been renewed and looks great. The canvas roof is renewed. The 145 HP 2912cc line-6 engine starts and runs great. The exhaust is renewed, very nice and produces an unparalleled line-6 roar. The MG has a manual gearbox that shifts well and therefore really makes the 6-cylinder shine. Engine and gearbox are matching numbers. The MG drives, steers and brakes good and tight. The car is well-maintained and has been checked entirely. Among others, the brakes have been completely renewed as part of the restoration. This convertible is imported from sunny southern California. Import duties and VAT have been paid. In consultation, we can deliver the car throughout Europe if preferred. The car is in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
