MG - Midget - 1979
Neat, hard and sleek MG Midget 1500 Roadster from 1979. This Midget came to the Netherlands from the United States in 1988 and has had a Dutch registration ever since (TK-06-HY) . In 2019, the car was exported from the Netherlands to Belgium, Dutch export document are included (see photos) . The Midget was partly restored in the past and neatly resprayed in this beautiful green colour. The bodywork is in neat and hard condition, it is original and complete. The beige leatherette interior is original and in very good and neat condition. This left-hand drive MG has a wooden Moto-Lita steering wheel, tonneau cover, top cover, chrome boot rack, stainless steel exhaust, chrome wire wheel hubcaps, etc. The car drives, brakes and shifts well, always neatly maintained by the previous owners and always parked indoors. The following parts were replaced / renewed a few years ago: - Soft-top - Chrome bumpers mounted front and rear (model '63 look) - Indicators moved on the bodywork - Gearbox - Overhauled engine - Carburettor replaced for an SU carburettor - Door rubbers and boot rubber This MG Midget comes with various valuations from back then, the last one dates from 2014 and has a valuation of €8,500, this will have increased over the years.
