signed, titled, dated 1964 and inscribed on the stretcher bar
pencil and oil on canvas
122 by 55.5cm.; 48 by 21½in.

Condition Report:
The canvas is original, and undulates slightly at the upper corners. There is very minor abrasion to the upper left corner with some very minor rubbing to the extreme edges in a few places. There are a few tiny flecks of of loss to the right edge towards the lower right corner, with a few further flecks to the left of the lower edge, with one or two very minor instances elsewhere, only visible under close inspection. There is very minor reticulation to one of the stripes of blue paint towards lower edge. There is possible blooming to the blue pigment. There is light surface dirt and a few tiny specks of surface matter to the work. This excepting, the work appears to be in very good overall condition.

Inspection under Ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching.

The work is presented in a simple wooden frame.
