Magnificent Pair of Bronze Plaques of Shah & Farah

Magnificent Pair of Bronze Plaques of Shah & Farah Pahlavi by R. Cliquet. This is a magnificent pair of bronze plaques of Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi and Queen Farah Pahlavi of Iran, done by Belgium famous sculptors R.Cliquet. Each of the pieces comes with its original box and is fully hallmarked and signed by the artist on the lower part and also it has a foundry marks reads Fibru-Fisch Brussels. Each piece measures approx 2.75" diameter and 0.35" thick. Each box measures approx 3.5" by 3.5" by 0.9". These plaques were made special for the Royal family in 25 pair only. Cliquet was working on Reza Pahlavi plaque, but unfortunately he died and the job was never done. This set use to belong to one of the Shahs families.
