The head of the figure missing

Condition Report:
As noted in the catalogue, the head of the figure at the base of the paddle is missing, presumably lost long ago. Otherwise in very good condition with some minor marks, nicks, chips, and scratches, and a few small flaws in the wood, as partially visible in the catalogue illustration. Good old patina.
