Mappin Brothers Silver Plated Centerpiece. The silver plated base has claw feet, gilt figural sphinxes, floral garland and maiden's heads; has an oval cut glass center bowl insert. Signed on the base "Mappin.Brothers, 222 Regent Street and London-Bridge"; base in very good overall condition with no damage or repair, bowl has some light roughness along the teeth, with 2 having small chips.
