Producer of handmade spurs and bits of one piece, John Robert McChesney, was the first spur maker to widely market those Texas-style Western-gear items. After his death in the 1920s, the Nacona Company bought the business and continued making spurs with the McChesney mark on them. This is one of those pairs. Add these nice spurs to your collection today! MAKER: McChesney brand, made by Nacona. APPROX AGE: Circle late 1920s or 1930s. SIZE: The heel measures 2-3/4 inches, the band measures 1/2 inches, and the shank measures 2-3/4 inches. CONDITION: Pretty good for their age, normal wear expected.
